Influences of Culture on the Management and Development of Economic Organizations

Culture creates, builds, influences and develops, and, alongside education, determines actual manifestations, which are specific to the nation for the problems that concern it, to the organizations, in their specific environment, to their management with the internal and external shareholders. In this general framework, the authors of the present paper aim to highlight the main influences of culture on the management of the economic organizations, investigating a number of approaches to the concept of culture, and the relationship between culture, management, organizational culture and development, at the microeconomic level.
